TAIZE SERVICE - SUNDAY OCTOBER 22nd at 6pm


The Taize Community is an ecumenical Christian monastery based in the Burgundy region of France and has over 100 brothers originating from over 30 countries. Their worship is based around music, prayer and reflection, using all to create a space of gentle quietness which encourages an openness to the Holy Spirit. While their worship is ageless, much of the community's work is with youth groups and young adults. However, the style is powerful and accessible for all.


This service will use the community's music with the aim of bringing their worship style to Norton, and we look forward to sharing the experience with our own congregation and friends across the circuit, district and ecumenically. Please come and join us!
